there are 4 steps in this task.
1. investigate one group current health status in Australia.
2. research the special nutritional needs of this group.
3. list the factors that influence this group's nutritional requirement.
4. suggest some simple strategies to promote the health of this group through good nutrition.
i decided to pick "the Elderly" as my health status group. but i dont know where can i get all the information from and my teacher said it is an independent task. we have to do all research our self.
does anyone know how can i start it off? and where can i start it from? any links, notes, or anything about elderly health status in australia. also what kind of things should i look at??
