I got guaranteed for Arts yesterday, and got an email thismorning for Law with another guaranteed offer. Anyone else into Law yet?

Got gauranteed early entry for Bachelor of Science (Nuclear Science and Technology) with:

Mathematics HSC mark (2008) = 87%
Physics HSC mark (2008) = 81%
Digital Imaging HSC Mark (2008) = 84%

Biology Trial Mark = 94%
Adv. English Trial Mark = 77%
Chemistry Trial Mark = 72%

and an awesome interview.

I got a rejection from Arts but I feel kinda jibbed.
The guy that interviewed me was a bit of a douche and didn't even look at my portfolio and the stuff he did look at he didn't actually write down on the paper which I take is pretty important.

TBH I really wanted to get into Bachelor of Journalism so i'm hoping I get an interview with the creative arts faculty.

dosen't matter I kinda dont even want to go to wollongong...UNSW here I come

My trial results are scaled up by the way :P

English Ad - 90% - 2nd
Eng Ext 1 - 90% - 2nd
Gen, Maths - 86% -1st
Biology - 88% - 3rd
Drama - 100% -2nd
Vis Arts - 89% - 1st

Got a guaranteed acceptance into Arts. That's all I applied for. My dream degree is a double in Arts/Creative Arts (either performance or creative writing), so I'm halfway there! Now I got to academic side out of the way, all I have to worry about is my audition.
I find I'm less inclined to try too hard now that I'm in. Damn lol.
And now my family knows I'm in they're less supportive of my studying!!

I can't really remember my trial marks. Lots of 70's and 80's. Maybe a couple 90's lol. Sorry.

Hey congrats, I feel the same way but I really want to do well but I've sort of stopped... Oh well, I didn't study too heavily for trials so hopefully I can pull the same marks.

I went pretty shit on my trials.
One thing i want to ask though, is how did the guys know if our marks were reliable?
Like, i brought my port and my exams and a JP but they didn't even look at it.
Does that mean I could of written I did better than I actually did lol :|

Well anyway- I didn't get in which is pretty depressing, now i've gotta try shitloads for hsc.

did you apply for nursing. cause i was the same the co-ordinator was away last week and her replacement was meant to do it but forgot. She sent letters out today, but i emailed and ask and she told and then emailed my results as well.

legal - 97% - 1st
modern - 76% - 5th

got an unconditional offer for B Commerce/B Engineering.

I got guaranteed into B Laws / B Commerce - With these trial marks (altho the fact that i went to the national schools constitutional convention probably helped a lot) - these are unscaled.

English 68% (16th)
Maths 75% (4th)
Geography 92% (1st)
Business Studies 87% (=1st)
Biology 85% (3rd)

Altho i also got to hand in my english marks (thru email to the EE selection ppl) With all of my english assessment marks to date, all above 85%. So, that also helped a crapload too. Does anyone know how many ppl get into EE Law degrees yearly for Uni of Wollongong?
