has anyone seem the movie "looking for Alibrandi" because some of my friends recommend me to watch it and other tel me not to because it has completely diverse perspective compared to the book which exactly what our teacher say as well... so do ppls recommend to watch it??

theres nothing wrong with watching it,
its pretty much the same with a few different scenes and different lines etc..
but it is basically the same understanding you need.....
i guess you just dont get the extensive thoughts that josie has like in the book.
as long as you dont completely rely on the movie.

after watching it, i recommend you write the major differences between the movie and the text. that way, you won't get confused and differentiate between the two.

Hey, i watch the DVD LFA.
IT has the deleted scenes which are actually in the book (you know where they are at macca's)

However, the scenes are in different order. eg Movie starts of with Tomato Day.

Read the book.
Don't watch the movie though. So bad.
