problem with accessing the website. (1 Viewer)

I can use community forums fine but when I go to the homepage or the resources page it just comes up as website not available.

I tried chrome and explorer both doesnt work.

funny thing is works on my phone and my netbook.

any thoughts?

I'm using windows 8
