    Degree pre-requisites and assumed knowledge

    Even if i fail my HSC could i still do this degree with general maths ? but i looked at the course units they do introduction calculus https://www.usq.edu.au/study/degrees...gineering#fees
    Compressed HSC for year 11 & 12

    1st year (11): | Physics | Software Design and Development | General Mathematics 2 |
    2nd year (12): | Standard English | Studies of Religion 1 | Work Studies | Industrial Technology - Electronics |

    What is mathematics equivalent to in the HSC ?

    so why than is the calculus in the coarse with out any assumed knowledge ?

    If you have the right mindset & focus you can study the prerequisites in your own time.

    If you have the cash you can also do a bridging course if you're worried.
