There will no longer be a fee of 20% (of the amount you have loaned) from the 1st of January 2010.But the applications for semester 1, 2010 closes this September, would that mean the people that are applying now (and receive their loans during the first half of 2010) will still have to pay the 20% fee? Or does it mean that they don't have to because they're receiving the loan after 1st January, 2010? I'm really confused and am really considering if I should apply... Since 20% is quite high if you were to max out the loan... Thanks.
