63 to 82/120 RAW
82 is my maximum.

70/120 RAW is going to scale you up to band E4 I believe. (according to trend from past years)

If I'm the second luckiest man in the world, 90/120 raw.

If not, ~85/120. (The luckiest man, incidentally, is the person I am trying to beat.)

I have no idea what that means in terms of a scaled mark.

ok my max is 94/120

take away 10 marks of silly mistakes (i do those alot) --> 84/120 70%

i think AT MOST, i got 77/120, but considering that i always do SILLY MISTAKES THAT cost me like 10marks... maybe just over 60/120..
anyways with 77/120, 64%, no idea wat scaling would do tho.
ohwells, people say u have to get over 70% to get E4.. :(

the difficulty of this paper is similar to our trial
for our trial, average was 70/120 which is moderated to 93% for the report and gets scaled to 96.5% for the UAI aggregate
i suspect this the hsc will be similar to this

My tutor says the trend over the years would be around mid 60% raw would get you into the e4 band

prob 70-80/120... no idea how that scales. i try not to think about scaling! just do my best, get the best possible raw mark and go from there.
probability question was the worst!

hey lotto, i thought i got around 100, max 106- dont u think that'll get 95+?

i doubt it'll get you 93...cause isnt 70/120 around 90 usually?
also i heard that last year, a mark of around 95 would get you 95 scaled.. but i duno

Max around 100/120, although likely to be like 90/120. Should be about 95 HSC exam mark hopefully.

I didn't attempt 4 marks (1 because i just didn't notice the question was there), and didn't finish another 7 (though i reckon i only lost ~2 or 3 for those). I fudged another 4 marks (should get at least 2 though).

So at most 112/120, but i expect somewhere between 90 and 112.

Say 100? That's still far worse than i hoped for... does anyone know what that would scale to? 93?

i realistically placed my maximum at 81, knowing i got some of my questions wrong, i.e partial fractions. i lose a heap to silly mistakes, so at worst case scenario 50%, however i reckon i got 60-65% so thats a mark between 78 and 72
