What does everyone think of cloudstreet for those of you who do it...

I thought it was alright, but most people in my class HATED it

first reading, i hated it like hell - i had to force myself to read it;
second reading, it was okay...
now i enjoy it. well the reading part anyway. i still suck at critical studies. :p

I liked the end half of Cloudstreetbetter than the first half. I hated when Quick went to the country . . . so drawn out!!!

I don't mind the book, but i hate the fact that i have nfi what to write about.... gaaaaaaaaahh Burn Cloudstreet BURN :burn:

I thought Cloudstreet was one of the most beautiful books i have ever read, but i think that is why i cannot rip it apart piece by piece to analyse it because i have too much respect for it. I want to Marry Quick, he is amazing... Gotta love the aussies

I thought Cloudstreet was one of the best books ive ever read - at first i was reall "erm" about it being so long for a prescribed text, but im glad it happened to be y prescribed text

ill prolly read it again for fun after hsc...

haha how times can change... i just realised my prepared essay was 2329 words... hmmmm cutting time...
