It has been killing me but for the last few days I've seen all these youngun's sporting sigs that state they'll be doing "English Advance" next year..
it's "Advanced"... isn't it?? ISN'T IT?

It's advanced. With two d's.
And it should be compulsory. Hell, our school doesn't offer standard in Year 11 - we have to do Adv.

100% so far say Advanced. Clearly the people named in the original post are wrong...

yeh, we also have to do english advanceD in year 11, then for year 12 we get to choose to either do the advanced course or the standard course.

they all obviously shouldn't be doing english "Advanced" if they can't spell it right..:rolleyes: haha

'english Advance' just sounds stupid.. it sounds like want 'english' to move forward, or come to you.. lol
