Hi everyone, My name is Stephen Crouch.

I am offering tuition for VCE Maths Methods CAS, Specialist Maths, Physics and Accounting. I graduated with an ENTER score of 99.45 and was the dux of my college in 2008.

I understand that there is a lot of work involved in doing these subjects (especially for those who take the two maths in the same year), but good results are very achievable. Understanding the concepts is of primary importance. Practise is also paramount.

I am familiar with the curriculum as I did both maths in 2007 and 2008 and I have been tutoring VCE students since 2009. I can explain the difficult concepts clearly to you as we go along. I also understand the difficulties that most students are facing and the feeling of stress throughout the year. My teaching is thus based on both building a solid foundation and improving your ability to tackle more difficult application tasks so that you feel comfortable when it comes to your SACs and final exams. I know what types of questions are on the exams, I give full sets of practice exams and fully prepare you for the exams. Preferably I will go through problems that you are having difficulty with. However, if you require more problems to work on, I will gladly give you more.

I'm an advanced science first year student doing the Bachelor of Science (Science Scholar Program) at Monash University Clayton on a $6000 a year Science scholarship, my tuitions could be on weekday nights or weekends and the rate for one-to-one will be $30 p/h. The first lesson is a special price, $20. I could also do group tutoring at $15 per person per hour. I live in Clarinda and my preferred place for tutoring is my home. If you live in the local area I am willing to travel to your house.
