    Recipes

    Now that I'm somewhat independent, I need solid recipes for both bulking and cutting periods (primarily interested in cutting recipes)
    Meals should ideally be able to be bulk made (i.e. a one-off sunday cooking sesh); and as I'm only just starting to learn how to cook, easy to make recipe suggestions are ideal

    Suggestion - get a slow cooker. Then search slow cooker meals and such.


    Maybe make a few meals then freeze it all and defrost what you want when you want it.
