Hola! Just wondering if you guys can help me with ideas/writing techniques for a SF creative writing piece? Not to use as my HSC one, just as a way to keep practicing and making sure that I get the SF style correct. I studied Gothic Fiction last year and had a ball with it, managed to grasp it quite well and loved it, yet cannot seem to be able to write as freely for Science Fiction. Any help is appreciated!!

I personally didn't studied Science Fiction, however, if you haven't already, feel free to check out this pdf in the link below(seems to be pretty good): http://oxleylearning.org/english/files/2013/02/English_Ext-1_Handouts.pdf . There is also a HSC study guide called Success in Science Fiction by Bruce and Suzan Pattinson-you might want to check it out in your local bookstore or library-you might find it to be helpful
