31 Aug 2009, 7:34 PM ![]() | Re: Multiple Choice Analysis I didn't take my paper out, but IIRC I got: 1.d 2.c 3.b 4.a 5.c 6.b 7.a 8.b 9.c 10.d Felt there were far too many which could just as easily have been another. eg for the initiation one I reasoned that, through the initiation ceremony, the traditional law is passed on...even though it could also be described as a celebration of kinship. |

20 Nov 2009, 10:25 PM ![]() ![]() | Re: Multiple Choice Analysis 8 is definitely not b IMO, this is not a value of all new age religions, is it? I thought it was a - They don't really worship a 'God'. The only one I'm not sure about is 4. From skimming over http://indigenousaustralia.frogandto...cultural1.html It does seem the point of an initiation ceremony would just be childhood+adult hood etc.. and the only one that describes that would be kinship relationships, I think - their role in society. But I don't know about that one. Quote:
http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/adherent "A person who has membership in some group, association or religion." But I can see how D might be somewhat related to that, but not really - any person who is a member of a religion is an Adherent. Quote:
