What I have to do is make a poster about the conflicting perspectives of the character in the play Julius caesar. I have to create a playbill for the theater (hypothetically) showing Julius caesar.
I can choose any character I want. I am mainly leaning towards Brutus because he has a conflicting perspective of being loyal to Rome as well as friend with Caesar. But I don't know how to 'draw it'... I was looking to draw some 'illusion' pictures. The ones that has two images in one, to convey a conflicting perspective.
Here's my ideas:
- Brutus's face with a hand covering his eyes
- Those olden weighing scale, and one end has some sort of an object that symbolises his idiocy and betrayal (which is the heavier side), while other side is his loyalty to Caesar as a friend
- Brutus holding a mirror or any reflective object and he sees himself as a betrayer and a coldhearted murderer.
How are these ideas ????
