Hmm i disagree
I think romanticism is so interesting - i've only just started the module but looking at Coleridge's poems have been amazing. Romanticism to the modern context has a connotation of love, and being 'romantic' but in fact there is so much more to this movement (with going against Augustan paradigms and such).
If you have a more positive approach you are sure to enjoy it more. If you don't like it, you always have the option of dropping - if your units allow you to do so.
