Overall a really easy exam. Couldn't have asked for better questions.

Our option was also Individuals and Work. For the 15 marker, I mainly talked about the aspects of awards, entitlements/ legislation and various policies.

How do you all think that you went??

For the sources of conflict, ended up doing the groups of Youth and Gay/ Lesbians.

I also used the group of the Aged for one of the questions. Although, I can't entirely remember what part though without the questions.

Also remember its quality not quantity. I am sure you'll be fine with the information of which you provided. Don't think what you could have added, just focus upon what is ahead of you still to come!

supportive workplace structures
• safe work environment
– Occupational Health and Safety
• work conditions
– awards
– anti-discrimination
– grievance procedures
• trade unions and employer organisations
• workers compensation/WorkCover

you seemed to have discussed some things in an entirely different syllabus dotpoint:
workplace supports for individuals as family
members
• flexible work patterns and practices
• workplace culture, including provision of
childcare
• regulations and entitlements
– carers’, maternity, paternity, long
service, sick and annual leave
– Equal Employment Opportunity and
Affirmative Action

– Enterprise Agreements
i actually did both, and added in things that werent in either of those points because the question sed for efficient working practices you could have said anything that supports employees and promotes productivity within the business and withing individuals that questions was open to broad topics it was not specfic to what your saying since it said efficient workpractices it can be anything that promotes efficency..

i think my teacher said things in the other dotpoint were wrong as it didnt answer the question because thats what some people in my class did i think. but since you have done things from the right dotpoint you'll be fine

I havent spoken to her about it... will tomorrow when I go and sign out.

Please tell me they finished the exam?

I was writing right up until the last minute, answered every question but I wanted to write more

I loved her pep talk lol... consisted of - clo you know your stufff... now what do you know!! haha she made me laugh

As for the question on the IRP I got 92% and it was about my experience with anorexia and the long journey back to life, if it is your friend or foe.

Teacher really enjoyed it - it was formated different to almost everyone elses in the class. Thats the thing I love with cafes, how you can do it however you like

Re: cfs exam?

I would have hated the Groups in Context 15mark question too, but VERY lucky for my class, that was basically the same question as for our trial

All in all, I thought it was okay. Some dodgy MCQ's, and that last short answer was a little strange (with the graph of 0-4yo's). I wrote something about divorce. Can't exactly remember the question off the top of my head though.

I agree about the multi-choice. I think they are running out of ways to word the same questions.lol. and the last short answer was a bit weird too

Re: cfs exam?

catharsis it's over! I fucked up exam haha but I think I rectified! I was so nervous I wrote about the wrong module, thinking it was groups in context questions, realised i did it wrong after andwering the second question and panicked. long exam means i had plenty of time to write lots on everything though so i think it was okay. i just handed in some stupid half-done societal interactions booklet haha. how did everyone else go?
