HEY GUYS!
im going for an interview tomorrow at a restaurant specialising in northern italian food, which i dont think i have ever eaten (if i have i dont recall) so can you guys give me some tips and hints what it is about, or what i should say or whatever..

pasta? i dunno ill go check with someone who miteknow beter
ummm.. i went to northern italy.. we ate pasta, lasagna, tiramisu... pizza the usual! um thats all i can remember really !!!
chances are you dont really need to know about the menu, but if u can speak italian it could be a bonus!
look at a map of northern italy. pass around a bit of general knowledge maybe about the region.. towns in northern italy i can remember: brescia, verona, montichiari, Milano, Venezia (kinda north) umm thats bout it! good luck !!

well when you find out, can you tell us what northern italian food it? i was not aware that there was any difference.
but i am thinking they may possibly have more seafood that southern italian, i don't know why

yeah, i doubt i need to know about the food and all, but its always good to have a bit of background knowledge.
i also doubt i will get the job, but hey, ya gotta try, ya never know, it could be your lucky day!
