i've always wanted to know this and my teacher isn't sure:

1. are we allowed to bring in english dictionaries? (the rules specify that mono or bilingual dictionaries can be used, but not the specific language)

2. are we allowed to highlight or bend pages in out dictionaries?

3. are there rules on the dictionaries used? - some dictionaries have verb conjugations at the back! what a wrought

not allowed to bring in an eng dictionary, monlingual as in ONLY italian so that you can get synonyms and stuff to make it clearer only i prefer bilingual...

umm if you use ur own dict you can do whatever you want in it...mines got drawings thta i did when i was sposed to be paying attention in class in italia!!

and as far as i know all the dicts that i have ever used have had verb conjugation thats how theyre made thats how we use'em I LIKE IT!!

btw, email the board of studies team (real board of studies) and they can answer ur questions properly
