Would my UAI be that low??

Yes, your english mark is quite low.

goddamn it.. i am trying to get into a info tech subject at RMIT in melb. my careers teacher told me that i can still get into it even with a low mark as long as people with high UAIs dont fill up the classroom. is that true?

^yeah as long as people with a UAI higher than yours don't take up all the positions
