How to start your homework?

The hardest part is to start
But once you get into it you can tear it apart
So everyone pick up a pen and you'll be real smart
Unless you do subjects like art
In which case good luck
You'll need it, but honestly math does suck
Don't know why people even give a f***
The maths grid books are in no way near a buck
Maths is black or white
You either get it wrong or right
Red writing all over your exam is a painful sight
You and your teacher get into a fight
The result is always the same, it's like fate
So you offer some bait
Your teacher refuses to let you through the gate
So you say "you are the teacher I hate
Does the teacher really care?
Did you have to make it personal Claire?
You go around telling everyone 'it's not fair'
All you get is a shifty stare
Gossiping will not get you far
You think you are miss popular
You think you will get the highest ATAR
but really you are losing this war
Picking on the smart ones is not on
The answer is carbon but you yell boron
You end up being referred to as the moron
The chemistry teacher pities you and hands you a bonbon
Such is the nature of a high school environment
Where teachers end days in need of treatment
Everyone has their moment
So next time you see a teacher give them a cent
