			<description>okay, so whats the most number of bars of NEGATIVE rep that you can have? 
  
like i know you can have 5 red bars of negative rep, then a bar of orange rep (because i think thts the most ive seen here on bos) 
  
  
but what comes after the orange bars of rep? like, black rep or something?</description>

The box I see only goes up to 2008, however I saw some files which say the year is 2009 on them, so how do I get this up? seems as some of the things I want to upload are belonging related, I figured it's best to have the correct year, because they might be disregarded if it says 2008 on the resource.<br />

<b><u><font size="3">To create a new thread:</font></u></b><br />
Go to the forum you wish to create the thread in (eg: School forum) <br />
In the top, left hand corner you will see a button "New Thread" click this. <br />
Then complete the page that comes up with the content of the thread. <br />
<br />
<b>Note: </b>There are some forums which are 'closed' i.e you cannot post new threads in these. In these forums the "New Thread" button will not appear.<br />

Go to the forum you wish to create the thread in (eg: School forum) <br />

Scroll down to the " Additional Options" section. You should see a "Post a Poll" section. Tick the box beside "Yes, post a poll with this thread" and choose the number of poll options you want. <br />
