Awesome show. The truth and Betrayal OVAs are a prequel to the series and they are much more violent XD

The series itself is about a famous ex-samurai who becomes a wanderer to protect people. He tries to forget his past but it catches up to him. It is an epic anime

I never really like english subs.
It's always the japanese with englihs subs for me.
The one except is Rurouni Kenshin --> you must watch it!
