It's good. I pay $150 upfront for 4 months, which works out to be $37.50 a month. I think it also gets you access to the pools (I've never used them). Same price for alumni and students, and I've haven't seen it packed (though I've never been during the day).

Agree with everything Supra said. HR positions tend to be similar no matter what the organisation... unless you're comparing public to private. Pretty sure you won't be doing more than 40 hours a week in HR at an IB.
