Well, in bio you want to hope for a good teacher! I ended up dropping bio because our teacher didnt help us at all, and knew hardly anything about the course! English Standard is pretty good, you just need to remember the techniques!!

Try finding a song. A good one we got given was 'The long and winding road' by the beetles. Or you could try using a book, a good one would be the hobbit.
