    Suburban Law Firm Salary

Hi, I was just wondering what is the going rate for work as a newly graduated solicitor in a suburban general law practice. Is it $35,000-$40,000. Also how much is the going rate for 2 years post admission experience in a suburban general law practice? Thanks

    LLB v JD

If the JD was at LLB HECS prices, would you choose the UTS LLB or UTS JD? (Assume you are eligible for entry into both)

    LLB v JD

You will need a degree to eligible for entry to the JD. Also the JD is charged at post graduate subject cost rates. The main difference is the LLB has 5 electives (after exemptions) (assuming you have a first degree - you will get exempted for 48cp of electives) while the JD has 3 electives...

    lawbooks.com website query

It took about 10 days for me last time, so order them as soon as you can. They get a courier to send it to your home, around 7am for mine. It's the cheapest place that I found for new law books. Do anyone know any places that are cheaper (for new books). I had a number for BPay last time...

    HD average in law

UWS grad law has 4 subjects a semester, while USYD grad law has 3. Will this affect the one year full time equivalent requirement? i.e. you would have done more than one year of USYD equivalent, is it still OK?

    Part time, number of subjects

Musk, the course will be Law. Huratio, if you try to pick 5, the computer will tell you error, exceeded credit points. I remember when I did SDP, I did 4 instead of 3. But that had to go thru e-vop, with solid reasons. It was approved. The part I am not sure is for part time students...

Intro to Law is a co-requisite to many of the other law subjects, so as long as I do Intro to Law then I can do other law subjects at the same time, so yeah, I can do 4 Law subjects in terms of requisites they are no problem. And as long as I arrange it in the correct semesters, then that is...
