Ok in regards to the 'Law Reform' facet of the syllabus, has anyone researched 'Circle Sentencing'? This was derived through the 'Aboriginal Deaths in Custody' issue ... If you have, what legislation has been amended/tabled in order to cater for it? lol i think im askin a bit much .... but...
