in semester 2? In the handbook it says that Intro to French A is only offered in semester one, and Into to French B has the pre req of A... so does this mean I won't be able to do it next semester? That goes with most of the subjects in Arts, cause I really wanna drop a subject I'm doing now...

excel & cambridge have great text books.

they can ask you about anything from all the topics. e.g. they could ask you preparation involved in making sandwhiches or salads etc
