True, but that clause was applicable to both scholarships in this instance. Some one-off scholarships might not have it. Certainly the $5000 is less than the $10,000, but conversely, the $10,000 is more than the $5000. And I'd rather take the 10 grand. :p

So, I just wanted to know in general: how strict is the eco and bus faculty about annoying things like words limits? i mean, in law we were given the rule: one word over 1000 baby and half a mark off. but with these rather floppy ecop and govt word limits, i want to know what i can get away...

Same thing - I can even see the results for Mid-semester exams 1 and 2? I wonder if it's an invasion of someone's privacy...:p Wow, 35.1% of the class failed Exam 1 and 32.6% failed the Exam 2.

I got mine...and it's pretty spiffy, if I say so myself. It even works with my work schedule. :) Barring 2 hr lunch breaks, I have all back to back classes: 9-6 Monday, 10-2 Tuesday and 10-4 Wednesday. No classes on Thursday or Friday.

World Pol is available second sem. I'm taking Geopolitics in sem 1 and World in sem 2 - I reacted in rather juvenile fashion to the Power in Society description (much too powerplays, argh). Not sure if geop. and world pol are too similar, but oh well.

It's up on WebCT. I found it when I was messing around with MyUni yesterday. But it's still too early to be reading it, much less starting! :p

I've managed to lose that piece of paper. :( And I only had a chance to glance at it briefly - caught something about reading materials and that was it. Ah, habitual ineptness surely can't be kicking in already! :p
