    hey, i did food and hospa last year, and i loved both equally. they are really different courses. hospitality can be fun, but you gotta make it that way-and it fully depends of your teacher and the other people in your class... if they are stuck up and antsy, then hospa wont be much fun at all :(

    thats about all you need UAI wise- but the course is pretty difficult if you havent done any sciences- but you can always work your arse off and learn it like i am :D

    my food tech assessments were always huge- 10+ pages, but thats not a requirement- just make sure you've covered everything and you'll be sweet :D

    MANY MANY MANY notes- but today i realised their usefulness- im studying the same things now in my food science human nutrition course... aaaah, i loved food tech at school.... if you food techies have any questions, there seems to be a few people around here that can help you out no worries :D
