What was your parents & family reaction to your UAI?

I fell genuinely sick in the stomach listening to the stories of parents being complete wankers to their children. A few poeple said they had to sit through half hour lectures. That is a disgrace! They are disgraceful parents! I'd like to see how they cope with the HSC. Poeple commit suicide...

    Length contraction???

ok ok ok... The reason why the 0.3 poeple are so much more definite then the 0.192 is because they know they are right. and they are right. if you put 0.192, just listen to this explanation. Now... the theory is called length contraction. And the whole point is that objects moving at...

    Want to compare multiple-choice answers?

9 is not C. Using the right hand rule the magnetic field goes from north to south. And the motion through it from right to left. So thr conventional current gets pushed down and around. The only contention could be as to whether no current was flowing at all. But since everyone else here...

    General thoughts on the exam

The marks from the options are scaled according to how well the students who completed that option went in the rest of the test. So if your option was easy, you better hope that you didn;t lose some easy marks. You also better hope that the poeple answering your option gunned the paper, so...

    Length contraction???

ok... we are not measuring the length of the electron. We are measuring the a length which the electron observes. This length is not moving, which means the stationary labartory would not see it contract. So the answer is 0.3 I am 100% sure it is 0.3!! even if you just think about it...

Distance between the rods??? It changes!

the reason they got you to draw the graph was to get the initial weight of the rod. From there you just had to sub a point into the equation.

    Length contraction???

the question said from the particles frame of reference the length appears 0.24. what is it from the labaratories frame of reference. that confusion has resulted because some poeple believe every frame of reference will see contraction because that is the way this thing works. That is a...

    Quanta to Quarks people~!

for the energy i think i got 1.06 x 10^-20 J... similar answer Hiesenberg also came up with a unified mathematical quantum theory known as matrix mechanics. Puali applied Hiesenergs mathematical model to the spectrum of hydrogen and found the balmer series and rydbergs constant, showing...

Distance between the rods??? It changes!

the gradient was irrelevent. You just picked one point on your line of best fit, and examined the current that was flowing and the change of mass that had occured between when that current was flowing and when it was not. You times'd that mass change by 9.8 to get the force that was happening...
