Are you absolutely certain they clash? Other people have said something similar but then checked the dates on their timetable for the seminar and tutorial and found that they didn't clash. If it does...
Don't worry about being weird! Just remember that everyone is new and most people won't know other people. Even if you do know someone it's still a good idea to sit next to someone you don't know so...
I had my first day of Uni today and I made some new friends. I did go to UTS' oday stuff and an ocamp as well but it's fairly easy to sit next to someone you don't know in a lecture and get to know...
Have you checked out the Sticky named Your Essential Guide to Algorithms?
The course specs also provide some information about algorithms.
Probably UTS tennis club and any other interesting ones I find. You?

Closest courts are in Surry Hills. Not too far of a walk from UTS city campus. Here's what I've found out about it:...
Breaking Bad.
What do people usually do in between classes?
Yes, I filled that out when I enrolled.
BITs get the money in regular deposits and decide what to do with it.
Received the invoice but unsure on how to proceed. Do we have to do anything if we want our course fees to be placed on HECS?
Managed to get through.
Try logging in as usual. When you get redirected enter your email as: STUDENTNUMBER@student.uts.edu.au and your usual UTS password and that should work.
I don't think first year IT and Eng have any classes together. :( I think in 2nd year I do one or two subjects in the Eng faculty so hopefully I'll see some Eng people there.
Camp 1 is IT, Biomedical, Electrical, ICT and Innovation this year. Looks like they moved a large bunch of eng with IT. The note really emphasises the mosquito repellent as well.
Thanks for making this Brent! Well, I can't wait for ocamp! Anyone else attending camp 1?
As you've only just started Year 11, it's best to wait and see how you go throughout this year with all your subjects. Keep in mind that dropping a subject is an option you have but one you don't...
The syllabus topic Developing a Solution Package covers some objectives of the major project. Generally most schools make you program something and document it. There's usually more marks for the...
Seems like this problem just started today. It was working perfectly yesterday.
UTS and UOW have IT degrees which allow you to major in something relating to networks. TAFE is also offering a degree in IT with a major relating to networks.
Have you considered applying for Youth Allowance? Hopefully you'll be eligible for this as you'll probably earn more than doing a shift a week.
Looks good. I'm quite jealous of your Friday off.
Some of the B Med Sci students had this problem too and had to go to the on campus enrolment to do a test and then enrol. Read this thread: http://community.boredofstudies.org/showthread.php?t=298827...
If you are going to put achievements in your resume, limit it to the past 2-3 years.
The 'not working' condition was also in the secondary school concession and it didn't seem like anyone really cared.
