    *Explicitly* addresses real and imagined audience..?

    Our "imagined" audience is a class of Year 12 students - but only teachers will be in the room. Are they expecting me to say "hey year 12" / integrate some other reference to year 12 throughout? I highly doubt it but I'm confused nonetheless. Its English - not Drama...
