does anyone know the raw mark for the hsc exam that would of got you a band 6 in the previous yrs some one said a raw mark of 86 in 2002 exam would of given you somewhere in the 90s dunno how true that is

has anyone done their trials yet and if you have was it hard or easy

i have been told that the UAI cut-off marks are useless because, say if you want to do civil engineering at UNSW even though the cut-off is 78 only 10 people gain admission and usually is the people who recieve 90s. is this true!
