The subject enrolment part of My Student Admin completely baffles me. I'm not sure what it is I need to do or what choices I have. Can someone less stupid explain the thing to me?

This might be a stupid question but I'm trying to make sure that accepting a university offer on the UAC site (without enrolling on the university's site) is enough to lock me into the course so that my spot isn't considered vacant. I'm waiting on a second round offer so I'm not keen to go...
