    How tall are you?

    Nearly everybody misreports their height upwards by 2-3cm, once you take a proper measurement (at the gym etc.) after mid-day or so, nearly everyone finds that they are actually shorter than they think they are. Always thought I was 178cm, I'm even taller in the morning, but at the gym at night...

    It sets the bechmark to something measurable and verifyable - whether something exists or not. As opposed to using a measurement such as "personhood," which is entirely a matter of opinion - common, scientific, religious - arbitrary bullshit.

    I remember doing this to my Moto V360v, except with ice tea, not water (although I did wash the ice tea out with water). Did exactly the same thing, e.g. only power button working etc. Dried it for 3 days, then 1 week, then nearly 2. Gave up and bought a new phone. Then I tried turning it on...
