Also if anyone wants to know how he did the last one:
Find cube root of 912673.
1) It's obviously a 2 digit number.
2) It's also obvious that. So the first digit is 9.
3) It ends in a 3, so the second digit can only be a 7.
Hence the answer is 97.

Keep in mind that it's not getting the answer, but the speed at which it is done. While the tricks show how it is done, it is still the speed he's developed that makes it impressive.
