So I bought strawberry jam for the first time ever yesterday. On the back of the jar it says to put it in the fridge which I did. This morning when I went to spread it on toast it was hard to spread and lumped together as it was cold. Would it be fine to just store it in the cupboard instead of the fridge (or will it go off)?
