Yeah i used that website too, but now i'm thinking it probably didn't help that much - i found the listening in the exam quite hard!
Any thoughts?

Well, listening is always the hardest part of the exam so it's not surprising you found it hard...
unless you can go to France on an exchange and become fluent, you have even more reasons to practice listening!
There are heaps of other places and websites to practise though such as
·The French news on SBS at 9.20 every morning, except Sundays. It is easy to record them and watch them at a convenient time.
·A range of French films should available in your local video library.
·Various podcasts are available free on the internet.
Radio NRJ Nouméa (New Caledonia) (live + podcast) NRJ Nouma : NRJ live, mode d'emploi , Fun Radio France (live +podcast) www.funradio.fr , Skyrock http://www.skyrock.com
·Listen to the “easy news” on Radio France International on the internet.
RFI - Radio France Internationale, écouter les journaux d’information Afrique, monde et français facile
but they are not tailored for the VCE so they can be too hard, too fast, too simple... never quite right. :mad1:
