    About extension speaking...

    Hey guys,

I was just wondering how many words you guys plan to fit into the Japanese extension oral. I know it's 2 minutes, but there's really nothing you can say in that time. My teacher said to aim about 100 ji but I was thinking more like 400...

Is that too ambitious? How much do you want to say?

400 ji, too much imo. Content of the oral is more important though, no?

Try to stick with the 2 minute limit (do you really need to count ji?). Besides, you'll only be relying off notes, and if you're anything like me (hopefully you aren't), will get tongue tied or have a brain freeze or don't know what to talk about while speaking lol.

Haha, you remind me of me. When I start a sentence, I forget what I was going to say midway and end up not knowing how to finish it...
