Just had my first SAC for PE, advice?

I was so stressed out, it didn't help that the other girls who were using the room were talking and infact the teachers were talking.

I studied really hard I think I did about 12 hours specifically studying for the sac and that wasn't the problem.

It was the short time, and the distractions and my general stress.
I knew the answers to all the questions. I started freaking out cause the teacher supervising gave us the wrong time for finishing at the start so I thought I had more time.

And for some reason I decided to start at the back of the paper and missed a question so when I was checking to my horror I found a question worth 4 marks in the last minute! So I didn't get to answer it properly and because I was so stressed my hand was shaking and making it really difficult for me to write.

I answered the questions with heaps of detail but that question I missed killed me.

Absolute maximum percentage I can get considering how I answered it is 87% and that's not considering other mistakes I could've made

My friends are saying I shouldn't have such high expectations but looking around the room the year 12 girls were already finished and waiting for their papers to be collected.

P.S. This is my first SAC ever since I only started units 3&4 PE this year and I'm in year 11.

I feel like dropping it and picking up further maths cause maths is easy and I can write numbers faster than sentences.

Just having a little rant, feel free to leave advice for me.

Firstly your in year 11. So this doesn't get counted towards your year 12 marks, and the eventual ATAR. (I think this is the same in Victoria).

Secondly it's only the first assessment task. I got 75% in my first for PE, and I ended up with a final mark at the end of the year with 92.

Just keep at it, and maybe practice your exam technique.

it does actually count cause I'm in year 11 and I'm studying Units 3&4 PE not units 1&2

Oh ok, we do it kinda differently up here.

If you can get some old exam papers, just sit down, and do them under time constraints. Maybe just answer questions out of the book, under a time limit.

My raw score in the end was about 86%, and my rank was pretty good (i.e. 3/25ish).
