don't focus on nothing? you mean i focus on everything, ok, but there's sooooo much.
Is there any way to condense it ?

write notes on every module (including the skills points)

then, after admiring your good work, summarise these again

after a while you'll find your notes getting briefer and briefer and so on

just make sure you revisit old material all the time i find it really helps concrete it into your permanent memory

Do dotpoint .Buy a dotpoint for chem. When a teacher teaches a certain topic.Take out the dotpoint book and start answering questions whatever you did certain day.Know the basic concepts of chemistry.Do past papers(doesnt mean same type of question pops out everytime).Studying at last time is not effective as studying regularly

I'm a bit behind where I should be with getting ready for Chem, but have been using a free trial I got of studyON Chemistry Unit 3, and there's one for Unit 4 I'm gonna download too I think. Been pretty good, got past exam questions and a few other things.
