I call people I don’t like ‘rock eaters’ because it makes them question their very existence. Bench press is my most favorite workout in gym. I like to do 20 minutes bench press in gym.

Rowing machines are the best gym equipment in my opinion, followed secondly by cycling machines.
Like, 25kg for 3 sets of 12 if I'm lucky? 12.5 chest press on cables? I have to thank a previously torn and tendonitis 'infested' rotator cuff for that :L
I literally can't even attempt to find my 1 rep max, or I'll do something stupid - like re tear it, lol.

I bench about 85kg, not many reps. BUT I can do over 100kg on the abdominal twisting machine thing.
My abs are much much stronger than my arms.

Yep, since mid 2009. Already had the tendonitis due to swimming practically every day, but colliding mid stroke with a guy 3 times bigger than me and then getting caught in the lane rope didn't help the situation much either :') Those were fun times, those days. Since then I've graduated from therabands (with black being too easy), but I'm not allowed to swim competitively/butterfly ever again or I'll have to have surgery, which currently has a 70-75% chance of stuffing me up more than I am already.
Just thought I'd interrupt the tread with my sob story, 'cause that's how I rollllll![]()

I hate the fact that I can go progressively heavier in squats in a short space of time, but it takes me ages to do so in the bench press
