Well I benched 276 before my first of four reconstructive shoulder, surgeries. I was 185 at
the time. I am 210 now and won't even bench press a bar. I will however, use dumbbells but
i don't max out any more either. So what does all this tell you?
im 75kgs 178cm and im up to 100kg bench 4reps.

Everyone has his/her own stamina and pattern to do this.I focus on accuracy rather than to increase weight.I max bench is 90kg without bar 6 rep max though.
accuracy is important. if you miss the bar and lift your hopes instead, they will come crushing down on you like they should.
