Structure of BComm @ USYD

Hey BoSers,

I got a late round offer for B Commerce at USYD, need to accept and enroll on Friday.

I'm reading through the info on the website, and I'm a little confused by it all. Does USYD structure its course in the same way as the other uni's - i.e. eight core units across two semesters that everyone must complete; or will I have to pick a major come Friday (which is what I think its saying)?

If someone could clarify what they are that would be awesome! Cheers.
