I'm talking about all the stupid inchoate humans who do nothing more than regurgitate the crap they spent worshipping for 4+ hours the day before to people who don't give a shit.

Everyone has interests, I have interests including the internet. I've laughed at some horrendously pointless pictures of cats with humorously relevant captions. It's the shitheads who start worshipping this stuff really make me sad and annoyed. I have a group at school (I'm pretty sure we all know this crew) who spend all their time doing not much in class and jump right on to 4chan/reddit/memebase etc. when they get home for the entire afternoon. I waste some amount of time on the internet just like most people but they have literally nothing else going on in their lives. I'm not particularly fine with them building statues to tentacle porn and whatnot but it's not like I'm going to start mourning for their futures.

What really annoys me is that they feel it is necessary to translate this crap from the internet and let it dominate their lives. I was being incessantly bugged to go watch Galo Sengen by one of the aforementioned individuals and I can't believe that shit like that entertains people. Then I get a speech about how anonymous is so fucking powerful and I better watch out. Then after I was talking about how South Park is pretty great, I get told to go download some real anime from Japan and another speech consisting of why Naruto is terrible (Howls Moving Castle and Ponyo are great, I just don't care otherwise). Then it's 'Oh you lost the game'. Then being pestered to look at memebase every five seconds at something completely pointless whenever we're on laptops. Then it is the intricate differences between Yuri and Yari with an inevitable argument with some other individual about what is better to wank to.
