i dont do it as an optionbut mum teaches it and from my sorta general knowledge and interest in my cultural heritage i say, look at the loss of rights and how they have fought to brign them back over gradual recognition with the law and legal and non legal resonsnes to this. e.g. for non legal the freedom riders, tent embassy and for more current recognition look at the recent fight for constitual recognition and state sovereignity but ngos. for legal i think the wik case is a good example of limiting rights, Mabo 1 and 2 were both pivotal in the land rights movements and achieving great things for Indigenous peoples and also the yirrakla bark petition can be thrown in
hope it helps
