    Cool Why so dead for?

    SUPGUYS!

Why are the VCE boards so dead compared to the HSC ones?

And why are so many of the really helpful old posters (eg. coblin, enwiabe, Ahmad0, etc. - I'm going to find more) banned? From their posts, they don't seem like trolls??? o.O

I'm new here, so I'm just wondering haha

    Re: Why so dead for?

Do you have any explanation Ealdoon? I mean, it's not as if VCE has just become less important for Victorians (I graduated last year)...

From the threads, it seems as though activity died 2007/08, did the BoS mods just go on a massive rampage and ban all Victorian contributors or something haha

BOS is more popular amongst NSW students, other unscrupulous places that cannot and will not be named are more popular with Victorian students.

When he gives that unhappy face, it suggests that we're better off leaving this alone.

Ironically I'm using the internet... I wouldn't be surprised if attitudes like that drove them off this forum tbh.

These ones are also interesting http://community.boredofstudies.org/...=158868&page=2 and http://community.boredofstudies.org/...d.php?t=158807

What is FSN? Does this explain:

    ?

(forgive me if I'm breaking forum rules, but ___ has no links on google [from what I could find - unless it's Fox Sports News lol] so it's not really anything like a "competitive forum" - if you guys have such absurd anti-competition rules that is I'm also not discussing bans, only the history of this forum [which should be fair enough])

    Re: Why so dead for?

A bit off-topic but in Victoria when someone says that they are doing 3/4 mathematics, is that the equivalent to MX1 in NSW?

    Re: Why so dead for?

    Unit 1/2 = Year 11, Unit 3/4 = Year 12

    No idea what MX1 is.

I'm confused. Do you mind explaining that again, please? Does 3/4 maths have another name by any chance?

    Re: Why so dead for?

Further (easiest), Specialist (hardest), Methods (middle) are the Unit 3/4 maths subjects.
