where do you get all these questions from!? i want one
my sol isnt an inequality, but when b=a^2/4 and when c=a/2, the function will have infinite roots.
therefore, for b>0, all real a, and all real c, the function CAN have unlimited roots. again, no idea if it is correct.
c > 0 and a = -2c and b = c.
