How does this ATAR thing work?

Hey everyone,

So I'm currently doing 11 units, doing pretty well (in the top few people in all my classes) in my subjects except for my extra unit Ext 1 English. I don't really want to drop it, I mean I've come this far, but I just wanted to clarify:
If I completely bomb extension will this affect my ATAR?
I don't think it will because I've already got 10 units, but I just wanted to be 100% sure.

No, don't worry
If your extension is your worse subject then it won't be counted
