    BOS turns 10!




    Bored of Studies celebrates 10th birthday


    On July 8, 2002, Bored of Studies went live. Created by four 2001 HSC students (James King, Tim Cheng, Ian Keong, Mark Czajkowski) to fill the lack of resources and support for high school students, the site quickly grew into the country's premier online student community.

    Eleven HSC cohorts, 330 000 members, 12 500 resources, and 5 million forum posts later the site continues in its mission to help students through their High School and University years.

    To all those who have contributed over the past decade both assisting their fellow students and leaving a legacy of support for future generations we thank you. It is the community spirit that exists here and the altruistic desire to see others succeed and have the best chance in their education that makes this place what it is.

    The community of course extends far beyond education, with many life long friendships forged and countless memories made at meets and through reams of banter and idle chatter on our general forums.

    We look forward to the next 10 years

    but
    *sigh* if only NSW has more students do subjects like IPT and SDD
    im predicted to get <60 ATAR for either one of the subjects if not both
